Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is a company that produces products for customers who want to sell them under their own brands. In this regard, the customer is responsible for designing the packaging. On the other hand, Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) is a company who, in addition to being contracted to produce products, is also responsible for packaging design and in some cases, may also include product distribution as well. Additionally, OEM products can also refer to the contractual production of only certain parts or components that customers want to use as well.
We give importance to product quality. Therefore, we have a quality control team to control the production process, from the preparation of raw materials right up to product delivery. In the event of complaints or issues related to product quality, we will readily initiate an investigation to determine the root cause and take corrective action to ensure that the product quality meets the required standards.
We intend to ensure that our product quality meets the requirements and regulations of the end customer who intend to export. We have experience in exporting more than 200 products since 2004 and have also established a product production monitoring process of more than 50 times per year.
